Anna has significant experience resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration under AAA, ICDR, ICC, and HKIAC rules, as well as in litigation. She also advises clients on pre-claim assessment, risk evaluation, and contract negotiation.
Anna practiced at leading construction law firms and energy companies in Paris, Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City, and Washington, D.C. She holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University and both a Bachelor of Laws and a Master’s degree from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Today, she brings a U.S. perspective to the conversation and will shed light on ESG-related challenges in construction projects.
