Felix Dasser is a partner in the Swiss law firm Homburger. He has more than 30 years of experience with a focus on international litigation and arbitration.

Felix Dasser is Professor of Law at the University of Zurich, where he currently teaches international civil procedure and arbitration. He has taught at the Hague Academy of International Law on soft law in arbitration and is a visiting professor at the China University of Political Science and Law where he teaches international commercial arbitration. He writes frequently on dispute resolution issues.

Felix Dasser also acts as arbitrator and expert on Swiss law in foreign court and arbitration proceedings. He is President of the Swiss Arbitration Association, which has approx. 1000 members in more than 50 jurisdictions.

Felix Dasser studied at the University of Zurich (lic. iur. 1985, Dr. iur. 1989) and at the Harvard Law School (LL.M. ’90).
