Anna Weinberger, based in Chicago, is a Construction Attorney at Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, LLP. Her practice focuses on construction and international law, with a particular emphasis on infrastructure, real estate, and energy projects across North America. She represents owners, contractors, and subcontractors in disputes involving breach of contract, mechanics liens, defective design and materials, delays, disruption, acceleration, loss of productivity, and MBE compliance issues.
Anna has significant experience resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration under AAA, ICDR, ICC, and HKIAC rules, as well as in litigation. She also advises clients on pre-claim assessment, risk evaluation, and contract negotiation.
Before joining Watt Tieder, Anna practiced at leading construction law firms and energy companies in Paris, Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City, and Washington, D.C. She holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University and both a Bachelor of Laws and a Master’s degree from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Today, she brings a U.S. perspective to the conversation and will shed light on ESG-related challenges in construction projects.
