Dave Seibert is a Partner and Co-Head of the Regional Energy, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure Practice Group at DFDL.

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Dave has supported projects in the U.S., Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam. Dave attained his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University in 2007.

Upon receiving his J.D., he worked in regulatory affairs and ISO functions for the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), during the implementation of its nodal market design. In ASEAN, Dave has supported matters ranging from greenfield development, to M&A and financing, across many project segments.
