Since 2021, Paulette has served on the Board of Directors of Portillo’s Inc. where she serves as a member of the Audit and Corporate Governance Committees. In 2023, she joined the boards of Trupanion and Bark, chairing each of their Corporate Governance and Nominating Committees. She joined Smithbucklin’s board in 2024. As a civic leader, Paulette also serves on the boards of Mather Inc., United Way of Metro Chicago and the Better Government Association.
