Timothy Slattery is an attorney in the Technology Enforcement Division of the Bureau of Competition at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. Tim’s experience spans the breadth of the FTC’s competition mission, including leading non-public conduct investigations, reviewing proposed mergers across industries, participating in international cooperation and training missions, and litigating high-profile cases in both the health care and technology sectors. In addition to his decade of government experience, Tim also spent several years in private practice advising clients on a wide range competition issues.
