Ms. Ren graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and Peking University. She joined Beijing Tian Yuan Law Firm in 1995 and has been the managing partner since 2011. She served as secretary-general of the Company Law Committee of the All-China Lawyers Association.

During her 30 years of legal practice, Ms. Ren has mainly specialized in investment and financing, merger and acquisition, PE/VC, and cross-border transaction. Ms. Ren is familiar with the field of real estate and infrastructure, mining and energy, cultural media and tourism industry.

Ms. Ren has been awarded “Top 15 Female Lawyers of China” by ALB, “The Highly Recommended Lawyer in the field of corporate mergers and acquisitions” by The Legal 500, “Recommended Lawyer in the field of real estate” by Chambers and Partners.
