Mr. Wang Zhengzhi, the founding partner at Globe-Law Law Firm (Globe-Law), specializes in the areas of intellectual property protection & utilization, international arbitration, and corporate governance. He also serves as a member of the 4th and 5th National Intellectual Property Experts Advisory Committee, a member of the Ministry of Justice’s Regulations and Rules Review Committee, a member of the 10th National Committee of the China Association for Science and Technology, the member of the standing committee of the All-China Lawyers Association, and the head of the Intellectual Property Committee.

He holds positions as an arbitrator or mediator for various institutions, including the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Mediation Center, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), Saudi International Arbitration Centre (SCCA) the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC), and Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).

He is the author of “China Urban Intellectual Property Index Report,” “Research on Contemporary Legal Hot Issues,” and “Corporate Legal Risk Prevention and Management,” among others. He holds LL.M. of Temple Law School, US, LL.B. of Anhui University, China and has been practising law since 2001.
