Michael is President of the Delgany Advisory practice based in Austin, Texas, a strategic, technical and commercial advisory firm for Infrastructure Development. Michael has over 27 years’ experience in infrastructure advisory including 20 years advising on public-private partnership and alternative delivery projects, starting in the U.K. and Ireland in the late 1990’s and for the last 17 years across the U.S. as well as in Mexico and Canada. Michael advises both public and private sector clients on transportation, vertical, social infrastructure and broadband projects with a particular focus on the technical and commercial aspects of infrastructure transactions. To date Michael has advised on over 50 public-private partnership or alternative delivery transactions with a total value of over US $150bn.
