Lanny Wen Li is an equity partner of Beijing Guantao Law Firm. She got her LLM degree in Southampton, UK and her practice focuses on international trade, cross-border investments and arbitrations arise in those areas.

She is an arbitrator, MCIArb, Council member of All China Lawyers Association, Vice President of Tianjin Lawyers Association and Chair of APEC Committee of IPBA.

Ms Li has assisted many Fotune 500 enterprises dealing with trading agreements and equity investments, inclusive of Airbus, the Safran Group, Apotex, and so forth.

Ms Li also invloves deeply in academic. She works with Tsinghua University and CUPL as an external tutor for more than 10 years, and she contributes chapters in international trade in several publishes textbooks.

Ms Li speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
