Patrick van Oppen is a partner in Loyens & Loeff’s Expertise Group Direct Tax – High End Corpo-rate International and a member of the Automotive Team, the Healthcare Team and the Asia-Pacific Region Team.
Previously Patrick headed the Tokyo office from 2005 to 2010 and worked in our Frankfurt office.
Patrick advises national and international clients and specializes in (cross-border) transactions and group restructuring, particularly in relation to clients from Japan and Korea.
Patrick is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA).
