Bryan is a Singapore partner in Reed Smith’s Entertainment & Media Group. He has over 20 years’ legal experience focussing on transactional, regulatory and legislative work across the ASEAN and Asia-Pacific countries. Bryan was a former co-chair of IPBA’s IT sub-committee and is the current chair of the Advertising Standards Authority of Singapore and a Governance & Ethics Commission member of the Global eSports Federation. He was also the early stage counsel for Singapore-based gaming giants Garena and Razer and also the honorary legal counsel for Singapore Cyber Online Gaming Association.
