Etienne D. Shanon has over 20 years’ experience advising businesses through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, spin-offs, minority investments, co-investments, carveout transactions, strategic alliances, and general corporate matters. While he works with clients across numerous industries, Etienne has a strong focus in the energy and infrastructure, financial services, and industrial sectors. Etienne’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, investment banks, private equity funds, and emerging market companies. Etienne also works with international clients in connection with their investments, divestitures, and joint ventures in the United States.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Etienne worked in the corporate department of a prominent law firm in New York City, focusing on M&A, securities law, and corporate governance.
