trademarks, designs as well as copyright.
He serves a national and international clientele on a wide variety of IP, Internet, and unfair competition issues, with a focus on litigation and strategic counseling. He represents clients in different industrial sectors and has acted as Counsel to a well-known automobile manufacturer, a well-known motorbike manufacturer, famous French Bordeaux wine producers, a Japanese organization in its efforts to develop a label for authentic Japanese cuisine in France, Japanese museums in connection with their French art activities, French companies specialized in patented green roofs, famous directors, art dealers, etc. His litigation practice has involved patents, trademarks, copyright, designs and domain names.
