Mr. Jack Shaw is a partner at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, which is the largest general-practice firm based in San Diego, California.  Jack is based at Procopio’s Silicon Valley Office.  Jack focuses on IP and commercial litigation, representing clients in many different industries, including electronics, semiconductors, software, Internet, media, mechanical, e-commerce, and chemical industries.

Jack is admitted in California and New York and registered to practice before the USPTO.  Jack is also admitted to practice before the Federal Circuit and numerous U.S. federal district courts, including all federal courts in California and Texas as well the SDNY and EDNY.

Prior to his career as an attorney, Jack was an engineer at a large Silicon Valley high-tech company.
