Rishabh is a Partner; and Head of International Business, and also the Co-Head of the Private Client team at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. He specialises in family constitutions and settlements, trusts, wills and succession planning. He provides succession, taxation, estate and wealth planning advice for wealthy individuals and their families, who are often promoters of family businesses.

Rishabh is part of the corporate practice, specialising in foreign investments into India, private mergers & acquisitions and joint venture. He frequently advises on issues arising under the Indian exchange control regime and takeover regulations.

Rishabh is deeply involved in the Firm’s AI & Innovation team. He was involved in the setup and governance of the Firm’s in-house legal tech incubator, Prarambh, and in the selection of the cohort members over the years. He plays an active role in the Firm’s ongoing involvement in the legal tech and innovation space, including in the selection and operations of various AI tools.

He was ranked in the Economic Times prestigious ’40 under Forty’ 2021 and in Fortune Magazine’s ’40 under 40’ in 2023 and 2024; and was the recipient of Client Choice Award for Private Client practice by Lexology in 2024.
