Yusuke Mizuno is a lawyer specializing in dispute resolution, particularly in international arbitration and litigation, as well as startup law, sustainability, and intellectual property. He graduated from Osaka University Faculty of Law in 2016, passed the Japan Bar Examination in 2017, and was admitted to the Daiichi Tokyo Bar Association in 2018.

He began his career at Nishimura & Asahi’s Tokyo office in 2018, handling disputes for domestic and international clients. In 2024, he joined ZeLo, focusing on corporate litigation, disputes related to international transactions and intellectual property. He also applies his expertise in dispute resolution to a broad range of areas, including international transactions, M&A, and crisis management, and supports AI, web3, and healthcare businesses.

Yusuke leads ZeLo’s sustainability practice, providing legal advice on corporate sustainability initiatives, particularly in the field of business and human rights. He also offers extensive legal support to companies tackling sustainability challenges across various industries. Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), he advises on gender and LGBTQ+ issues and participates in educational initiatives, including university lectures, as well.

He is Co-Chair (2024–present) and former Vice-Chair (2023–2024) of the IPBA Next Generation Committee. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Japan Association of Arbitrators (JAA).
