Jiaxiang is a Director and the head of the firm’s International Arbitration practice group.
Jiaxiang brings over a decade of experience in representing multinational corporations, governments, state-owned entities, funds and financial institutions in their most complex disputes. Jiaxiang has broad industry experience—including energy, telecommunications, oil and gas, steel, commodities, pharmaceuticals, water and chemical processing, signal and defence technology—with special expertise in complex engineering and construction matters.
Jiaxiang has been recognised by numerous publications such as Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific, Who’s Who Legal Southeast Asia, and Asialaw. Legal 500 has even lauded him as one who “excels in cross-border disputes”.
After graduating from the National University of Singapore with First Class Honours, Jiaxiang served as a Justices’ Law Clerk in the Supreme Court of Singapore, and later became an Assistant Registrar of the Supreme Court.
