PING YAO is a partner at Global Law Office based in Beijing. Ping’s practice covers corporate law, M&A transactions, foreign direct investment, and private equity and venture capital, with a special focus on cross-border transactions. She regularly advises MNC, SOEs, listed companies, PE/VC funds and startups in various transactions such as equity and asset acquisitions, mergers and restructuring, strategic investments, equity financing, establishment of joint ventures, technical cooperation and licensing, daily operations, corporate governance, and investment exits both within and outside of China.
