Meg Utterback is the head of King and Wood Mallesons US offices. Meg is resident in the New York office and focuses her practice on disputes and compliance. In the area of compliance, Meg regularly counsels Chinese parties in relation to US trade regulation that affects their businesses internationally. She also represents clients in their efforts to be removed from various US regulatory agency lists, including, but not limited, to OFAC SDN List, BIS Entity List, and the DHS/CBP UFLPA List.  Meg’s working languages are English and Mandarin.
