Torsten is an associated partner with Gleiss Lutz and is a Vice-Chair of the IPBA TMT committee. Torsten’s practice covers corporate law and M&A transactions, with a special focus on Japan-related cross-border transactions. He regularly advises Japanese clients on investments in Germany and Europe. In addition, Torsten advises German companies on their business activities in Japan.
