Extensive experience in relation to commercial/civil litigation disputes under the guidance of Tunku Farik Ismail, Mr. Wong Wai Leong and Ms. Tan Sixin including but not limited to the following:-
(a) Assisted as junior counsel in the leave application to the Federal Court;
(b) Acted as counsel in successfully defending one of the local authorities against third party property damage claim made against it;
(c) Acted as junior counsel in successfully defending one of the insurance companies in a contractual dispute in Kota Bharu Sessions Court;
(d) Acted as junior counsel in successfully defending one of the largest infrastructure developer in the Shah Alam Sessions Court;
(e) Acted as junior counsel representing various insurance companies in a multimillion insurance claim in an ongoing court proceedings;
(f) Acted as junior counsel representing an insurance broker in a contractual dispute;
(g) Acted as counsel in successfully striking out a claim against an insurance company in Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court;
(h) Acted as counsel in a tortious claim in the Subordinate Court and managed to successfully obtain a reduction in quantum in favour of clients;
(i) Acted as counsel to litigate and/or to settle personal injuries claims made against various local authorities;
(j) Conducted and/or assisted in various interlocutory hearings in the Subordinate Court and the High Court;
(k) Commenced enforcement and/or execution proceedings such as winding up proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings, judgment debtor summons, garnishee proceedings;
(l) Acted for one of the most established shipping companies in Malaysia; and
(m) Rendered numerous legal opinions on various areas of law to insurance companies.
