Randa Morioka has been with the IPBA Secretariat since 2009, after 12 years as a consultant at a top-ranked expat relocation consulting agency in Tokyo. In 2023 she established Morioka Consulting Co., Ltd. and acts as President and CEO. She is a board member of the Japan Wolf Association.
